I’ve been pushing at the edges of AI creative tools for the past few years. When Andy Boyden suggested a talking frog video, I was immediately in—partly because frogs are my favorite animal, but mostly because it was a chance to figure out a workflow that, at the time, still felt completely uncharted.

After hundreds of tests, I developed a multi-tool process for getting consistently strong results: building and customizing scenes, guiding them into motion, generating voice, and bringing everything together in the final edit.
