Apollo MFG - previously Apollo Design technology - is one of the worlds largest distributors of manufacured gobo lighting fixtures. They rebranded to 'MFG' to expand their market to include more machine & metal manufacturing work. I worked closely with the entire Apollo team to bring the new brand to life and handled all video / animation / marketing / and web design for them for 2+ years.

After a year-long rebrand, Apollo needed a launch piece with more energy than your typical manufacturing video. I built a layered 2D vector animation that pushed the new color palette while pulling from Fort Wayne, industrial grit, and the history behind the Apollo name.

The goal was simple: prove manufacturing doesn’t have to feel boring. By leaning into the details, culture, and personality of the industry, I tried to make something that felt as fun and creative as the people behind the work.

As part of Apollo MFG’s rebrand, I designed and built a new direct-to-consumer Shopify site—helping move the brand beyond its dealer-only sales model.

I learned Shopify on the fly and created a mobile-first experience for machinists and shop owners, pairing precise layouts and clean gradients with consistently lit product photography to give the entire catalog a polished, high-end feel.
