This was my first 'real' job and I couldn't have asked for a better place to get my start. I learned a ridiculous amount in just 3 years. I went from junior designer to creative director and eventually only full-time employee left standing for over a year. I learned so much not just about how digital experiences get made, but how business works.

I will forever be grateful to the Nichols' family for fiving me the opportunity to prove myself and run their stable for those enlightening, jam-packed years.
