This was my first 'real' job and I couldn't have asked for anything else. I learned a ridiculous amount in just 3 years, went from junior designer to creative director and only full-time employee left standing for over a year. I handled everything from animation to app design, to sales calls, account management and writing estimates, managing developers, and doing all internal marketing. It was a trial by fire and I never would have learned so much about the industry and how the sausage gets madeif it had gone any other way and for that I will forever be grateful.
